I'm Liz Hunter, founder and CEO of nuala ai.

I'm a Creative Copywriter from London who has led copy teams at marketing agencies and global tech companies.

Over my 25+ years in the industry, I've had a close-up view of how the pay, career and AI gaps affect women every day.

I've been underpaid for the same role as male colleagues, overlooked for promotion, and handed the bare minimum in AI training.

But I was curious about AI, even as most copywriters were rejecting it. I even built a custom AI copywriting tool – a thinking partner for my work – which was Highly Commended in the 'AI for Impact' category by Women in Marketing Awards 2025.

That's when the idea for nuala ai first took shape: an AI-powered tool built specifically for women, to close the gaps I'd spent 25 years watching play out.

Then the EU Pay Transparency Directive landed — and the pieces came together. Gender pay gap data at scale, combined with the power of AI, was the foundation nuala ai needed.

Other solutions in this space solve a compliance problem. nuala ai solves a human one.

We're currently in stealth, building with a small group of founding employer partners ahead of a beta launch due end of this year.
